CVS has installed signs directing customers to cone-protected North Pothole and South Pothole, ensuring visitors can easily locate the twin landmarks.

"After the cones were installed, we realized people really wanted to see them, and we wanted to make sure they didn't miss them. So we've put up the signs with arrows," said Bengt Axel, assistant manager at CVS.

An additional directional sign has also been added for Glass Pond, Glenmont's well-known destination for people who enjoy fishing, bathing, boating, and cryptosporidiosis.

Finally, for lovers of vintage construction equipment, Montgomery County has installed signage pointing visitors toward Parcel H and its squatter, M&M Asphalt, located between Starbucks and Lidl.

The new signs may be part of a broader effort to revitalize the Glenmont Shopping Center by highlighting some of its most recognizable local features.

Calls to Glenmont Shopping Center management seeking comment on the new signage have not yet been returned.
